Channel Sales Manager – SaaS Partnerships | Singapore (APAC Focus)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to own and expand strategic partnerships across APAC. This senior-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has a proven track record in building indirect sales revenue with GSIs, resellers, distributors, and hyperscalers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and expand major partner relationships across the APAC region, driving substantial revenue growth via indirect sales.
- Build co-sell strategies with Tier 1 partners, leveraging existing C-level relationships.
- Execute comprehensive partner engagement plans aligned to customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional business leaders to integrate partner strategies into core go-to-market motions.
- Design and refine partner incentive programs, enablement plans, and performance metrics.
- Act as the executive sponsor and primary point of contact for key partnerships, ensuring mutual success.
- Adapt channel strategies in response to changing markets and feedback loops from the partner ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in channel sales and partnership management, specifically in the SaaS industry across APAC.
- Proven ability to build and manage multi-million dollar partner-driven revenue pipelines.
- Strong network of channel contacts at the executive level, with a history of successful co-sell motions.
- Familiarity with partner program design, profitability models, and enterprise SaaS methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, including engagement with C-level stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in ITSM, Cybersecurity, DataCenter Solutions, or EX/CX-focused applications.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for partner engagement.
