As part of its next phase of expansion, the company is seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its global revenue strategy across sales, partnerships, customer success, and go-to-market execution. Based in Singapore, this is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership over topline growth and team scaling across APAC, MENA, and beyond.
About the Role
The CRO will be responsible for aligning and accelerating all revenue-generating functions across the business. You will build and lead a high-performing GTM organisation that consistently exceeds pipeline and ARR targets, while refining the company’s strategic position within the financial services ecosystem.
You’ll partner closely with product, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure consistent delivery of value across the customer journey, while expanding into new markets and segments with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full global revenue function, including new business sales, partnerships, channel development, customer success, and renewals.
- Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy aligned with company vision and ARR growth objectives.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor high-performing sales and GTM teams across key international markets.
- Partner with marketing to ensure demand generation and sales enablement efforts are tightly aligned.
- Build and manage robust forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue reporting frameworks.
- Expand and optimise the company’s partner ecosystem, including resellers, consulting partners, and technology alliances.
- Represent the company with strategic customers, partners, and at industry events.
- Work with the CEO and executive team on board updates, commercial strategy, and investor communications.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a global revenue or commercial leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling ARR from Series B to Series D (or beyond) across international markets.
- Experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of compliance, RegTech, AML/KYC, or data analytics platforms is highly advantageous.
- Track record of building and leading multicultural, distributed sales and success teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience implementing revenue operations, CRM discipline, and forecasting rigor.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
