Ethea Solutions is proud to partner with a rapidly growing USA HQ’d SaaS company using AI and advanced analytics to transform how financial institutions prevent financial crime and ensure regulatory compliance.

We are now hiring a Country Sales Leader based in the Philippines to drive new business growth with local banks, digital lenders, fintechs, and payment companies. This role is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to the CRO, with clear potential to build and lead the local sales team as the company scales in the region.


About the Role

The Country Sales Leader will own the end-to-end sales process in the Philippines — from building pipeline to closing deals. You’ll represent a cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS platform focused on solving complex problems in compliance, fraud, AML, and KYC.

While the primary focus will be on the domestic market, you may occasionally support opportunities in neighboring Southeast Asian countries, as part of a collaborative regional go-to-market strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the enterprise sales process across the Philippines: prospecting, consultative selling, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline across banking, fintech, payments, and digital lending verticals.
  • Drive adoption of a high-impact compliance and risk platform with mid-sized to tier-1 financial institutions.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor pitches and solutions to customer needs.
  • Represent the company at local industry events, virtual forums, and customer meetings.
  • Report directly to the CRO and collaborate on country-level and regional go-to-market planning.
  • Lay the foundation for scaling the Philippines sales function — potentially hiring and mentoring future sales team members.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in RegTech, compliance, fraud prevention, AML/KYC, or related solutions.
  • Strong sales track record in the Philippine banking, fintech, or financial services sector.
  • Experienced of working within an Enterprise Sales environment, using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
  • Proven experience of closing multi-year SaaS deals of $100k USD+ ARR.
  • Capable of navigating complex enterprise buying processes and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Independent and self-motivated — comfortable operating as a solo seller initially, with ambitions to lead.
  • Skilled at building trust with C-level executives, product owners, and compliance professionals.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory trends, financial technologies, or digital banking landscapes is a plus.
  • Strong network and ‘rolodex’ of key decision makers in banks and FinTech businesses locally.
  • Fluent in English; Filipino language proficiency is beneficial.
