We are hiring a Customer Success Architect (CSA) to serve as a technical advisor and implementation lead for enterprise customers across the Asia Pacific region. This role is designed for a hands-on technical expert who thrives in solving real-world customer problems and delivering seamless onboarding, integrations, and enablement.
Unlike traditional CSM roles, this position is not responsible for renewals or upsells. Instead, the CSA focuses entirely on technical success and adoption, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure maximum value is realized from the platform.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Architect, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimize their use of the cybersecurity platform. You’ll collaborate with solution engineers, product teams, and partner integrators to ensure a smooth implementation and technical onboarding process.
You’ll become the technical point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding customers through best practices, architecture planning, data onboarding, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers post-sale, guiding onboarding and platform adoption.
- Lead architecture design, data integration, and deployment plans in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on training to security and operations teams.
- Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, high-performance technical configurations.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution in partnership with engineering and support teams.
- Document implementation plans, integration points, and ongoing technical success metrics.
- Serve as a technical escalation point throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Provide product feedback to help shape roadmap direction based on real-world use cases.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Architect, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre/Post-Sales Engineer.
- Strong background in cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience in deploying cloud-native security tools and integrating them into enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of modern data ingestion pipelines, security event normalization, and threat detection workflows.
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills – able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Based in Singapore or Malaysia, with some travel expected across the region.
