Ethea Solutions is proud to partner with a fast-scaling cybersecurity SaaS provider as they grow their presence across Southeast Asia.

We’re searching for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive based in Jakarta to lead new logo acquisition across ASEAN. This role is focused on creating and closing new business opportunities with large enterprises, delivering AI-powered cybersecurity solutions that are redefining how organizations defend against modern threats.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across the ASEAN region with a focus on Indonesia and neighboring territories.
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise customers through a hunter-style approach.
  • Partner with channel resellers, MSSPs, and alliances to expand reach and co-sell opportunities.
  • Communicate the business value of advanced cybersecurity solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead sales cycles leveraging value-based and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet customers, partners, and attend events as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Deep experience selling into the ASEAN region, preferably with existing networks in Indonesia.
  • Bahasa language skills are preferred.
  • Experience working at or selling solutions for an enterprise SIEM or cybersecurity vendor.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota and landing new logo enterprise deals.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
