Ethea Solutions is partnering with a leading global provider of financial technology to find a results-oriented Regional Manager for the APAC region.

The Role

As the Regional Manager for APAC, you will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy—from new logo acquisition to long-term retention and expansion. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Defining Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies segmented by market maturity and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Revenue Management: Delivering a reliable revenue plan and forecast with a target accuracy within ~10%.
  • Team Excellence: Hiring, coaching, and performance-managing a multi-disciplinary team, including AEs, RMs, and Presales/TAM.
  • Deal Strategy: Architecting complex, multi-product packaging and pricing models while aligning with Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Pipeline Quality: Enforcing rigorous qualification standards (SPICED/MEDDPICC) and maintaining 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Customer Experience: Driving NRR and GRR targets through structured QBR/MBR cadences and proactive churn management.

Who You Are

  • Industry Expertise: 8–12+ years in institutional FX/CFD/crypto or trading technology sales and leadership across APAC.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience closing 6-7 figure multi-product deals and a deep understanding of FIX connectivity and broker tech stacks.
  • Leadership Depth: A history of building multi-country teams and managing diverse performance levels, from PIPs to top-tier performers.
  • Data Discipline: A Salesforce power user with proven forecast rigor and dashboard creation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
  • Partner Ecosystem (Preferred): Experience partnering with prime brokers, ISVs (bridges, OMS/EMS), PSPs, and IB networks.
