Ethea Solutions is proud to partner with a global enterprise SaaS provider helping leading manufacturers and brands accelerate digital transformation across product development, operations, and supply chain.

We are hiring a Sales Engineer based in Thailand to support enterprise new business sales by delivering high-impact technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution design workshops across the Southeast Asia region.

This is an ideal role for a technically proficient, client-facing professional with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Supply Chain Management (SCM) software.


About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the regional sales team to engage enterprise prospects, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how the platform solves real-world problems in manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods. You’ll be responsible for crafting tailored demonstrations and managing the technical validation process that helps win complex deals.

This is a strategic role focused on pre-sales solution design, not post-sales delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in discovery sessions to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Deliver customized product demos, presentations, and workshops to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate business needs into solution blueprints, highlighting how the platform adds measurable value.
  • Act as the technical lead in RFP/RFI responses and solution positioning during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on capabilities and use cases.
  • Partner with account executives to influence deal strategy, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company at local events, industry trade shows, and virtual customer briefings.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role within enterprise SaaS, ideally focused on PLM, ERP, or SCM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering engaging product demos and solution walkthroughs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed sales and product teams.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Based in Thailand, with willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
