The Role

In this high-impact position, you will own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to final contract execution. You will act as a strategic advisor to institutional clients, helping them optimize their trading infrastructure with market-leading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify high-potential institutional clients and execute targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, networking, and social selling).
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on long-term relationship fit and volume potential.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate complex value propositions and conduct technical product demonstrations that address specific customer pain points.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex commercial negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and high-value contract signatures.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform regional GTM strategies.

Who You Are

  • Industry Expert: You have a proven track record in B2B sales within the Financial Services or Trading Technology sectors.
  • Tech-Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of financial markets, liquidity hubs, and broker tech stacks.
  • Language Master: You are fully professional in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (essential for regional coverage).
  • Results-Driven: You are self-motivated with the negotiation skills required to close six-to-seven-figure deals.
