We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Thailand to drive enterprise new business acquisition across key verticals including fashion, retail, consumer goods, automotive, and electronics. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of complex B2B software sales cycles and has a proven track record in winning large, multi-stakeholder deals across Southeast Asia.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients across Thailand and the surrounding region. You’ll work directly with C-level executives, digital transformation leads, and IT stakeholders to articulate how SaaS solutions can streamline operations, improve time to market, and increase supply chain efficiency.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, self-driven sales professional with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full new business sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across priority verticals.
- Engage with C-level and technical decision-makers to understand business pain points and map them to the platform’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive deal momentum and handovers.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM discipline to reflect real-time pipeline visibility.
- Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings across Thailand.
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record of closing new logo deals in Southeast Asia.
- Deep experience selling PLM, ERP, SCM, or other complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or industrial verticals.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units.
- Comfortable with consultative, value-based selling methodologies.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Based in Thailand, with ability to travel as needed.
