We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new business acquisition efforts across sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, and Retail. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving company as they transition from founder-led sales to a structured go-to-market engine.
About the Role
As the first AE on the ground in the Philippines, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying the right prospects to closing deals. You’ll help shape and execute a winning outbound strategy, driving revenue by engaging senior stakeholders and articulating the value of cybersecurity solutions powered by AI and data-driven decisioning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Outbound Sales Execution: Identify and engage target customers via email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Pipeline Building: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, aligned with target sectors.
- Product Demonstrations: Run discovery sessions and tailored demos that speak directly to customer pain points.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, delivery, and operations to tailor solutions and feedback loops.
- Accurate Forecasting: Consistently deliver within a 95–105% forecast accuracy and aim for President’s Club levels of performance.
- Reporting: Keep CRM and leadership updated with pipeline, activity, and revenue insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
- Strong track record of selling to enterprise buyers within Finance, Retail, or Healthcare.
- True hunter mentality – self-starting, motivated, and excited to break new ground.
- Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDICC and Mutual Action Plans is highly preferred.
- Confident communicator and closer with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable in early-stage, high-growth environments where autonomy is essential.
