We’re hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise and MSSP opportunities across the region. This is a technical pre-sales role where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, shaping how customers understand, evaluate, and adopt a category-leading SIEM, UEBA, and SOAR solution.


About the Role

You’ll play a key part in enabling revenue growth by articulating business value, running product demos, managing proof-of-value projects, and supporting sales cycles from discovery to close. Working alongside the ASEAN Account Executive and reporting into the APMEA Sales Engineering Manager, you’ll lead conversations with CISOs, security teams, and channel partners.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical briefings to customers and partners.
  • Translate technical features into clear business outcomes and ROI.
  • Own and manage RFP/RFI responses, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and proof-of-value (POV) engagements, managing scope and timelines.
  • Train and enable partners and clients via technical enablement programs and sessions.
  • Represent the company at regional events and conferences, acting as a thought leader in the cybersecurity community.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in the information technology sector.
  • 5+ years in a pre-sales or client-facing cyber security role, ideally involving SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, or SOC tools.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially SIEM/SOC/MSSP ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with leading SIEM vendors (e.g., Securonix, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.).
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and other industry frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage and reduce sales cycles through impactful technical consulting.
  • Experience supporting sales in multiple industries with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
