We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join a high-performing technical sales organization supporting direct sales and partner ecosystems across the APAC region. This role will be central to enabling growth by translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
In this customer-facing, quota-carrying position, you’ll work closely with account executives to uncover opportunities, deliver tailored technical presentations and demos, and act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a regional expert in Continuous Integration, Delivery, Feature Flagging, and DevOps.
- Engage customers through technical discovery, product demonstrations, workshops, and validations.
- Develop strong relationships with both technical and executive-level stakeholders to influence buying decisions.
- Create and deliver compelling, customized business value assessments.
- Collaborate with the product team to influence roadmap priorities based on real-world insights.
- Own the technical win in the sales cycle through hands-on engagement and solution mapping.
- Travel across the region (~50–75%) to meet customers and partners.
About You:
- Based in Singapore with fluent English communication (additional regional languages are a plus).
- 10+ years of PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales experience, ideally in DevOps or software delivery environments.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in designing future-state architectures and mapping business needs to technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or similar DevOps tools is highly advantageous.
- Experienced in outcome-based sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Comfortable creating quantified business value assessments tailored to enterprise environments.
